Came out to see what was leaking. Looked around for a few minutes. Said he couldn't see the pipes unless wood was torn up. Told my wife he would come back after a couple bids to give an estimate. Never came back or called to let her know he wasn't coming. Called him and got nothing but excuses before he said that he decided he just didn't want to come back. Had main line cleared of tree roots, came the next dat. Week later sewer was backed up worse than before. Came back a second time, at no charge granted, and even came after my work hours. Claimed issue was fixed. There's been slow draining ever since. Line is backed up yet again. If you weren't sure the issue was fixed or didn't have the right equipment just say so. I would have paid for the trip and time. A+ for responsiveness, end result.... not so great. Service: Drain unblocking
