        I've been waiting for a refund after a failed transaction for close to month and still counting and no one from customer service can give me a reason why. They started by you'll get your money back between 2 to 7 business days and now they cannot even tell me When. If you have an emergency and the person is depending of that money to live, use another service. These guys are a joke.
