        Called for a quote, the dispatch routed me to the guy in Maple Grove. He called me back within the hour and scheduled a time for Monday. On Monday, he was on-time! We talked through the scope of work and he immediately provided a written quote. I called him back a day later to approve the SoW. He provided an estimated date of a 1.5 weeks out. The crew showed up on the same Friday and had the work done within an hour!! Great customer service. My only wish was that they would have called to let me know ahead of showing up 5 days early.
