West Lakes Dentistry - Dental Implants

My experience has been stellar here! I’m very nervous about going to the dentist and have very sensitive teeth so I am very apprehensive about going. You will not be disappointed at west lakes dentistry! I will add to this post a year later and say again Dr.Miner and Colleen and the entire staff have been amazing. Texting with me to make appts because of my busy schedule (Colleens the best!) they are truly caring people who won’t let you down. Cheers

6 month update - just had a cleaning and my experience was just the same as last time. Very pleasant and helpful.

I had a great experience at the Chaska office on 1-16-20. I came in to have a crown and build up. I was very impressed by the little things Dr. Lauren and her assistant did for me. Such as putting Vaseline on my lips so they don't dry out and taking the time to show and explain the different pictures of my tooth. I learned so much about the procedure and the options I had . I am also grateful for how on top of her game the administrator lady in charge of the billing. This is my first time EVER getting a crown where I wasn't first way over charged at a dental office initially only to have to arrange to get a refund after the insurance payment and write off. Those refunds would take 2 to 4 weeks. So thank you Chaska office for this overall impressive experience. Well done!
