        I was using Klein bank before Old National Bank took over. Once old national came in service went down hill hard and fast. I could call the bank before and talk to someone within 5 mins on a busy day with old national my average wait time when I call is 15 mins I have been on hold for over 30 mins before. This company will tack on any and all fees possible. Very disappointed with Old National I will be looking for a different bank soon.

        They won't change a bill if you're not a customer. So I went across the street to Kwik Trip and they changed it. Kwik Trip appears to be a better bank.
