We live in the city of Mounds View and they require a scope of your sewer to be completed and any repairs be made to sell your home. We had the scope done by a company the city has a contract with but their quote for the actual repair came in very high. We called around and most companies wouldn't even give us a quote without doing their own scope, which ranged from $100-$200. Northland Lining not only didn't require a new scope and took the report from the city but was able to give us a quote over $2000 cheaper than the other quotes we had received. They also did not have to break up the concrete around the sewer opening in our basement OR dig up anything in our yard. It was like they were never there! Our sewer line passed city inspection no problem and we were able to go through with the sale of our home. Northland Lining was cheaper, easier to work with and were able to get us in within a few weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend Northland Lining for any sewer pipe repair needs!!! We had Northland Lining help us with our required sewer liner repair in West St Paul before moving. On the whole list of City of West St Paul provided companies they and one other company that came in much higher quoted were the only ones that would accept the City of West St Paul video without having to come out to your house to quote the job in addition to an $100 service fee to get a quote.
Don and his team were very professional.
They do business how business is supposed to be done.
Call Don and save yourself the hassle of calling the others on the list.
