Absolute Portable Restrooms

Would give 0 stars if possible, not worth the headache call onsite sanitation for sure. I have scheduled 2 appointments with this company first time they didn’t show up until I called the day after my appointment, complained and they rescheduled. Then I give them another chance and I get home from work and they say they were there and left due to no payment! Umm.. they don’t take credit cards so I can’t pay in advanced and I have to work so an envelope of cash taped to my camper right above the blank water tank connection would be what I consider payment.. I then get a nasty message saying I wasted their time and didn’t leave payment?! What? It’s been there since 6:30am when I leave for work, there’s no way you showed up walked to my tank seen an envelope taped to camper with the exact amount you asked for and then left without calling asking about payment ( I have had my phone on all day at my office).. it’s a big excuse for you not showing up to 2 scheduled appointments I gave you multiple days notice, I don’t understand why it’s so hard to do the service you advertise you provide.

I am very impressed with the customer service at Absolute Portable Restrooms. Ray was nothing but helpful with me even though we were making things difficult. I would definitely recommend this company!
