U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Burnsville

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and received a call the night before appointment asking me to call them back as soon as possible. Did not see the call until after 7, their closing time. Went in at 7:00 am for the appointment and they said they called me. The guy on the phone did not say why they were calling. They did not have the hitch, why on earth would you not say that in the phone message? Wasted my time and then the lady in the morning says the hitch guy won't be available for the next week. What a joke... If you need a hitch, do not use Uhaul at Burnsville.

Still sitting here waiting for hitch to be installed 2 hours after appointment time. Called yesterday to confirm appointment made weeks ago when parts were ordered. Staff could care less! I should have read other reviews before comitting to this place. Don't make the same mistake!

Fire the manager made 3 separate appointments they said I wasnt iin the system 3 weeks in a row I I talked to the manger every time I said it's been 3 week he had no solution and hung up
