Please save yourself time and frustration. Do not work with Carrie and her team. At first they seem dependable and reliable, also very upbeat and professional. This only lasts so long. After you have found the home you want and have started the closing process they drop the ball. We had a horrible experience with them. They were very disorganized. Cheryl on Carrie's team was not the best person to work with. The company that did the closing on our house said they hope to never work with Cornerstone Home Lending again. Our Realtor informed us that our closer was very surprised our loan went through because of how unorganized and clueless Cornerstone Mortgage was.

Cornerstone is absolutely OUTSTANDING! Over the years, I've done several loans with them & can tell you they are amazing. Every transaction has been as smooth as can be. I love the personal touches they have throughout the transaction as well. You don't feel like "just another customer", they truly care. I would (and have) recommend Cornerstone Home Lending for any home financing needs!
