Worst practicioners in the state of MN. (This is documented) go elsewhere. Even for an emergency don't get caught here. They are brutal, disconnected and lazy. Not even sure some of these people have licenses. I'm in the industry and a tech by trade. This location is unacceptable. They will even get vindictive and put in unflattering chart notes in your history if you ask questions. Don't use Regions either.

Was told to be 15 mins early for appointment. Ended up wait over an hour to be called back. Horrible service. Rude staff

Took my daughter to urgent care, the nurse didnt take her blood pressure, or o2 the doctor gave zero advice or instructions on at home care for her symptoms. We then had a nasal swab and were told they would call with results in the next couple hours. We heard nothing at all that day, even after calling 4 times trying to reach the nurse, went straight to voicemail every time and even when leaving a message, no return call. We wont be back.

I was just in the clinic for a follow appointment. I had an accident while I was traveling and have a hole in my head. I accidentally scheduled my appointment which makes sense when you hit your head. The woman who I checked in with was rude and showed no empathy. She told me my appointment was for next week for a follow up to a head injury. She didnt offer ANY additional assistance to try and get me in while I was there. My husband and I had to ask her to look and see. First for my doctor then my husband and then anyone else. I explained it is very hard for me to get out right now and it was something that needed a doctors attention. Nope didnt care. First- I understood the appointment issue was on me. What is it with people. Where is grace for some coming in telling you their issue and you just stare at them. Absolutely no empathy showed at all. Second - what type of training do these people get. I sit and wait because they are talking amongst themselves about personal things. Then this? People please show grace to anyone you come in contact with. You never know what they are going through. My head is killing me and I am lightheaded. Back home I go to come back tomorrow for another appointment we asked her to check.
