Citywide Service Towing

These guys were very decent to me. I was in a bad situation after being shot in the stomach, car was in for 25 days, and they were willing to work w me to get my car out. I give a lot of respect to them.

Citywide has an employee whose name is Matt who is a valuable asset to Citywide! He is professional, kind and is a hard worker. He has a 'can do' attitude. He was able to do what no one else was able to do. Matt is a hero! Thank you Matt!! This man is not a quitter.

Terrible service. After I had my car released by the city police department, who towed it. I walked in this place with my police impound release forms approved by the police, Citywide towing harassed me, acted as if I was running a scheme to get the car back. Called the police department explaining the law they usually go by, got off the phone with them, had a meeting with her manager about what she "feel" should be done, she ended with "but its up to you guys". Listening closely, I heard them say "go ahead and release it."FINALLY IT WAS RELEASED, after 25 minutes of barriers. I guess my question is, "Why do you prove everything at police department leave there with a approved release form to only get to Citywide Towing to prove even further that you are the owner.
