I was very disappointed with Lendserv. First they were terrible with responding back to my realtor. Second the gal we closed with said she had done this for 20 years but, it took at this attempts with the county to get the title transferred. first time her notary stamp wasn't dark enough , Second time she forget to fill to one blank which caused my closing to get delayed by three weeks which left me homeless for three weeks. I took me almost 8 months to get a copy of the my title insurance. There excuse was there computer system had been hacked. Why would they not have a backup?

Try to avoid this closing company
I can write pages about how they are so careless about the service they do and also there is some sort of fraud in the way they run the closing.
In short if buyer, seller or realtor recommend this closing company be so alert and suspicious
There are hundreds of reliable trusted closing and title companies, so why you use this one just save your money, time and headache and go for one of trusted companies

Ashley and Angelique at LendServ in Bloomington are absolute Rockstar Closers!
As investors, we often close on properties that have messy chains of title, but Ashley and Angelique are pros at making sense of it all and getting us to closing, FAST. I couldn't recommend these two more!

I had the most amazing experience closing on my home at Lendserv Title in Bloomington. Ashley, Angelique, and Shelby were incredible. They were very organized and unbelievably knowledgeable answering any questions I had. Thank you sooo much!!!
