If you are looking into Associa for your HOA, I advise you to proceed with caution. I have lived in my home for four years and have autopay set up. Twice a year, randomly, the system charges me a late fee and says I am overdue. Even though when I look in my account, it indeed says that I am set up for autopay. Whenever I call or email, no one gets back to you. Just be careful, because it's either a system issue or a way to get more money from you every year. Either way, if it was a system issue and I brought it to their attention multiple times, it has not been resolved.

Thank you for your response. In looking into your account further, it looks like your dues are paid on a quarterly basis and that you have a recurring payment set up via the TownSq platform. I would encourage you to reach out to them directly to see why/where the error occurred. They are a third party payment processing center and would be able to assist you as this is not processing through Associa Minnesota’s direct debit program. Provided is the TownSq support email- [email protected]. If you would like to sign up for our direct debit pull, please reach out to customer service or your community manager for them to send over a direct debit form to be filled out and processed.
