Michael was a fantastic guide as we traversed the murky waters of our first house hunt and loan. He was very patient and informative, personable and supportive: the former two qualities we hoped for from a loan officer, while the later two we never dreamed of, but really appreciated in a brutal housing market. The entire team that handled our case (esp. Brandon) was profession and well organized. They were also really good about checking in and making sure we submitted all required documents in time, etc. As stressful as buying a house is, you can at least control one aspect of the process. Use Summit!
