I couldn't be more satisfied with the expertise, transparency, and willingness to go the extra mile for my Lexus keystarter. What truly stood out was the affordability options provided, which saved me time and money compared to dealership alternatives, especially given the limited timeframe. The technician demonstrated impressive knowledge and skill, successfully addressing my specific requests and challenges with my car app. Despite multiple trips back and forth, he remained patient and dedicated until all my concerns were resolved. I'm thrilled with the replacement Lexus keyfob, identical to the lost one. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and will definitely return for future needs!

I really recommend this place! He's very knowledgeable and very quick! Price is reasonable as well! Location isn't bad either. He was also very friendly. Had a great experience!

My experience with this company was excellent. I reached out to them in January 2023 and found Chue, the owner, to be extremely helpful. (I am writing this review over a year late only due to my dilly-dallying). Chue is a stand-up person with integrity and seems to care about providing excellent customer service. He was timely in his response to my door lock issue, he answered my questions, and didn't try to upsell me or sell me something I didn't need. I would use his company again and recommend him any time.
