Above All tile did a excellent job of remodeling our Master Bath Shower. Most notably, beyond the quality and craftmanship of the tile itselfthe professional crews attention to the structure underneath is incredible. Our shower is absolutely beautiful but the confidence of solid construction, precision, and water tight makes it AMAZING! The project was completed on time, on budget, and John and David were very concientious every day they came to work on it with excellent clean up and communication. I would highly recommend Above All Tile & Stone for any project you have big or small.

Above All Tile & Stone performed multiple projects at my house over the past several months including, but not limited to, 2 bathroom remodels, entryway remodels (1 natural stone and 1 tile) and luxury vinyl flooring installation in 2 rooms. We love the remodels! Throughout the process, John (owner) and his crew were very professional and went above and beyond in explaining necessary steps to complete the remodels in an older home. John was more than willing to answer questions and, to be honest, provide advice to a novice (myself) completing major remodel projects for the first time. Johns communication skills are his best attribute, but his incredible attention to detail in performing the projects run a close second. I would definitely use them again and recommend Above All to anyone performing a bathroom or tile & stone remodel. As constructive feedback, there were a couple times subcontractors were required during the remodel process and these really were the only minor bumps in the road. It became clear how important communication is as it was unfortunately lacking from these subcontractors. While this definitely confirmed to me how great and maybe rare John is when it comes to communication skills, I would recommend to him that he manage any subcontractors he brings in like they are his own employees knowing that they may not effectively communicate with the homeowner.

Above All put a new tile floor in the kitchen of our 100 year old house. The floor was in bad shape, and John knew how to fix it. His crew was fast and professional and worked long hours to get the job done. We are very pleased with the outcome, it's beautiful and looks very solid. Service: Tile work replacement

I wasted many hours of my time trying to get the owner, John, to just enumerate in writing what was covered and what was not since we were completely gutting a bathroom and tiling the floors, wainscoting, installing a vanity, etc. After he provided the quote, I accepted it and he had promised he would be able to start doing this quickly as my wife has rapid onset Alzheimers! Then today, when all he had to do was provide the final contract to sign, he sent a note stating he was not going to live to the contract since he wanted to keep leaving it open where he could find the next thing that wasnt covered , even though we were quoted $12,643.36 for the job and I had indicated this was fine, but I just needed him to indicate this was the full job. He wanted us to commit to the contract but leave it open for anything else they found while performing the work! We already had the plumbing , etc. exposed so there was no question that there were no hidden issues, but he then started bringing up what ifs about if they found issues with the sheet rock, etc. and those things would not be covered, etc. Etc!!! NO Professional business expects people to just say sure I will just keep paying you for anything you want when we already have a contract enumerating everything!!!
