Ruined my dress shirts. They came back very faded and had creases and lint all over them. My shirts are custom made and you guys ruined them. I will not be back!

Took our jackets in and ended up receiving dirtier than before. They claim theres no guarantee clothes will be clean when we brought it back. They were also asking we pay in cash only. Id say go to another place that can clean your clothes properly the first time. And if Pilgrim Cleaners doesnt like this review, just means step up your game.

My wedding dress was horrible from an outdoor wedding over 4 years ago. They cleaned it so well! Did amazing job!

We have been with Pilgrim Dry Cleaners for almost two years. They have always taken good care of everything, especially our custom comforters, which is hard to trust anyone with. Our driver, Dan, is fantastic...friendly and always on time....and hes very good with adjusting to our crazy schedule.
