Our company was with TLC for over 15 years. In the 15 years with the company we never had any payment or other problems. Our company changed operations over the 15 years. The biggest change is we became a local company rather than a road company. This was about 5 years ago. With the driver shortage and the type of work we do it was necessary to use more owner operators and part-time employees. Then in January 2022 we got an e mail giving a 30 day cancellation notice. This included my work comp and benefits. Its impossible to get that replaced in 30 days. The only reason given was underwriting. When we asked "why" we were told that the person who sent the E mail was just letting us know and didnt know the reason. When we pressed for a reason we were told that our employees did not make enough money per year. They made that determination by taking all my employees including part time and seasonal divided by my annual payroll. No one ever contacted me to ask about our operation. I did ask for a 30 days addtional to replace the services and they agreed. My question is where is the customer service. You would think they would show more loyality for 15 year customers. After that long at least a phone call would be appreciated. They never even let the person who processes our payroll on a weekly basis know they cancelled us.
