Best Inspections

We bought our first home little over a year ago and this Greg was recommended by our realtor what a huge mistake we needed a new furnace and ac unit a month and half after we moved in and electrical issues in my kids bedroom few months later now a year later having roofing issues we were told by this man we would never have to replace our roof in our lifetime and our house is in beautiful shape he graded our house dam near A+ as he said he had roots in our water lines it’s a mess so I’d be very careful using this company we feel very let down not only by him but or realtor too they took complete advantage of us being first time Owners!!! The inspector missed items that were caught 2 years later when we sold the house. Things that did not meet code, things that were fire hazards, things that apparently to other inspectors were obvious. When we sold the house were stuck paying to fix the issues we had no idea existed. Find a better inspector, can't be that hard because this guy was terrible.

Greg the inspector is extremely thorough and responsive and has good customer service. Linda the person that answered the phone is top-notch. There modern and do email and they are a great bunch of people to work with.
