We "acquired" an older Marquis spa when we moved in 2017 (we're the 3rd owners). It hasn't needed a ton of work but has occasionally failed in one way or another. The Valley folks (especially Reno) have responded quickly and effectively every time. If every company was as good as this one, well...I guess that's not possible, so just enjoy doing business with them.

This is a shout out for Barb, Reno and Rod! Barb always goes above and beyond for my parents who have a cabin in Pierz, and is so patient and diligent towards my dad. We had an air flow issue over memorial weekend and Reno and Rod came out to do a service check when we thought we wouldnâ€™t get it handled until later in the month. Saved the fun family weekend time! Reno and Rod were both extremely kind and fast working, and took the time to slowly explain things to both of my parents. The Mayo family thanks you!!!! â¤ï¸
