    So completely disappointed with a customer service at the store. In February my husband and I went in to purchase a washing machine. I asked about delivery and they said if I applied for a Sesrs credit card, I would get so much off my delivery and a $50 gift card. So I did this. A few weeks later my husband and I went in and bought a refrigerator, again wanting the discounted delivery my husband opened an account again was promised a $50 gift card. About a month goes by and I called Sears because I haven’t gotten my card yet they have me call the credit card company. Apparently my credit cards and my husbands credit card was sent to an address we hadn’t been in for years. By the time they canceled those credit cards and sent us the correct cards, the payment was due on the day we received the cards.Although our appliances were delivered to the correct Address. At that time I inquired about our two $50 gift cards and was given the runaround for months. I called the series store talk to their manager, I had to go back-and-forth between the credit card company. Finally I gave up, this is now almost July and I had given up completely on these gift cards. Finally a district manager called me from somewhere I don’t even know if it was from Sears or the credit card company and they gave me and my husband each a $50 credit on our credit card. So almost 5 months later, it’s taken care of. I’m sorry but a credit on my credit card is not what I want it, I wanted to $50 gift cards. And I told him from the beginning that I’m sure the gift cards were sent to our old address where our credit cards were sent, (by the way, this is what happened and whoever was at that address spent them) and I was given the runaround so many times in so many different ways. It’s pretty sad because Sears used to be a staple when I was a kid and a store that you can really count on and depend on. It’s unfortunate that their customer service is lacking today and they choose to use such a Dysfunctional credit card Company for their customers.. You blew it Brainerd Sears, you lost a customer
