I'm ao frustrated.. I just got 4 new tires and in the first few days have had a lot of pressure fluctuations, I figured it was crazy cold so that's normal... I fill them up.. well todsy i fill them up and the valve sticks open without me knowing, and releases all the air not far down the road..So i figure fine.. I'll pit my spare on, well when I go to loosen the lug nuts, they're tighter than tight, i put my tire iron on it and stomped, would not budge, so now I'm waiting for triple A for something very simple cause apparently the world's strongest man works there. Amazing and phenomenal team! I had called earlier that day before a really bad winter storm was supposed to hit asking desperately if there was anyway they can install winter tires on my old honda civic since I am an essential worker and staying home was not an option. I wish I wouldve caught the man who helped me name but didnt. He prioritized me and told one of his employees to get my tire size from the warehouse first which would take him 20 minutes to make sure I could get to work on time, explained how to take care of the tires since it was my first time and they installed them so quick I barely even noticed how long it took and sure enough I was outta there way before I had to head to work! The professionalism and kindness was such a breath of fresh air and I will definitely be continuing to come here for any of my vehicle needs and referring all my female friends and coworkers! Thank you so much for saving me because those winter tires are phenomenal in quality and so was the service! Services: Tire rotations, Tires
