        Ikea gave us an incomplete couch, missing 3 cushions and I have called in 3 different times to customer service to get this resolved and no one has done anything about it. We live far away and had to travel to get the couches and I am frustrated with their lack of customer service. I have never seen such poor customer service from a furniture store. I will never go back there.
