I called and received excellent and friendly service, and same-day delivery of a lift chair we needed for a family member. The delivery team was friendly and helpful, and the chair itself was perfect (very clean, in great condition, and just what we needed). Would highly recommend!

Everyone at Metro Medical was so friendly and professional! They are one of the best vendors I have ever worked with and in my profession I've worked with hundreds. They were always helpful and totally prompt in deliveries which was so appreciated when you are ordering medical equipment for a family member who has to rely on them. If all companies could be this fabulous the world would be a better place. Thank you Metro Medical for helping take the stress off of moving my parents into assisted living!

The staff was so awesome to work with. We rented a lift chair for a week, the chair was in great condition and worked peferctly. The staff went above and beyond with a same day delivery. Fantastic place to work with for all our medical supply needs.

I rented 3 items (including a lift chair) for one month in preparation for a major surgery I was having to aid in my recovery at home. I was concerned about renting medical equipment especially during COVID, but the process, including delivery and pick up, couldn't have been easier or safer. The chair in particular was a complete lifesaver! The prices were fantastic and the customer service was also excellent and personable. If you have a medical need (rental or purchase) I would highly recommend supporting this Burnsville small business.
