Please share with your providers to value senior and older adult questions and their notes they bring into appointments and make sure their requests and or comments are under REASON FOR VISIT
The doctors are too often deciding on their own what to write
and WE FEEL THE ELECTRONIC RECORDS ARE USED AGIANST US, ESP. WOMEN
I read mine and may now seek a lawyer; if you cannot take out misinformation not discussed, to me its fraud
