We had a very unfortunate error in our catering order. However after a quick phone call, I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and care we received to correct the issue. Mistakes happen we are all human! Its how you respond and assist in correcting it that makes all the difference. And boy did they deliver! I spoke to the corp manager and he personally drove to the location to help prepare the food and delivered and set everything up. He was amazing! The food was so amazing that our guests quickly forgot that lunch was delayed in arriving! We received so many compliments! I highly recommend them for catering and cant thank them enough for being so kind and helpful!

I have visited the Blaine MN store on multiple occasions. I don't know whay happened within the last two years at that store, but every time i have visited it in the last two years, I've had nothing but issues. Either some of my order has been missing, there is no sauce on the items ordered, rude customer service, managers flirting with underage window staff, which in turn resulted in me missing half my order etc. I've made calls repeatedly to talk to the store manager, with no results. I used to go to this store on a regular basis, but refuse to even give it a try anymore. The quality of the food and staff have gone down hill. Come on LeeAnn Chin corporate, do something, or lose even more customers. You used to be a great company, what happened when it was sold out?

This is the corporate office, NOT a restaurant. You WILL be disappointed if you come here looking for food.

When corporate managers visit the Eagan location, portion sizes go down drastically. I go to Leeann Chin when I'm hungry, not when I want a snack. Today I feel I got terribly ripped off. I go to this location once every week. I'm a very loyal customer. I know the staff, not personally, but can tell when someone new is there. This week, it was clear the corporate manager was there today, and was the one running the show. It's clear that the employees don't really appreciate his visit, and he calls them out on a lot of things they are doing wrong, directly in front of customers, which I feel is slightly trashy and generally a bad practice. Take note of their wrongdoings and coach them later on when customers aren't present. Also - don't weigh the entrees in front of customers to ensure you're making your margins. Figure it out, or you'll lose another loyal, dedicated once a week customer which keeps your business running.
