AT&T Store

Decided to upgrade my iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 now that they're cheaper. Manny helped me and the process was easy and fairly quick. Didn't get any accessories here as they only had one case and he didn't recommend the screen protectors they carry

Manny and Ian were great. My husband and I ran into several encounters with our new IPhones with transferring our numbers and after two hours , our transactions went through and our numbers. Thanks Manny and Ian. Continue to be great. I appreciate you guys

My fianc and I were looking to switch our phone plans, and we were very unsure of which company we wanted to go with. We went to several different stores across the MOA, and we were blown away by our experience at this AT&T. Manny at this location provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He helped us find ways to save money, and he never once came across as pushy or greedy. He helped me make an informed choice on my new phone, and the process was a breeze!

Visiting this AT&T location is an incredibly frustrating experience. It seems that the people working here at least want to help you, but they don't have the training or authority to do so. Each time I have visited this store for phone upgrades or service issues, I have left without having anything resolved. They are unable to assist you with older plans and are very pushy about service upgrades. They also only seem to care about bringing in new customers with great deals and have very little to offer existing customers to entice them to stay. If you're an existing AT&T customer, do yourself a favor... avoid going to this store, and call AT&T's customer service line instead. You'll get far better help that way.
