        I called ahead to make sure they had all the products I need edfor our dance company's spring recital. Over the phone, they assured me they did and that it would be no issue whatsoever. When I placed the order a day later, they told me they didn't have half the items I needed. Now scrambling to make sure our little ones get their trophies for their special day.
