I had an appointment for 9am on 04-06-24 to get tires balanced at rotated. I arrived early 8:45am and told service writer I have a newer tire on rear of truck and would like to leave that their if possible to wear that tire down quicker. Service writer told me they will rotate them. So then asked why and was told they will cup if not rotated. So I said ok. After 15-20 mins they were done and tire guy in shop brought truck up and said all good to go and explained everything perfect. On my way home I found my tires were not evenly adjusted and my tire light came on. I called discount tire on issue and they said they would not be able to look at it today and Monday earliest even though I just had it in their 20 mins ago and they cant air tires up and reset light. so I did it at home. I will go somewhere else if you cant complete job correctly

That was super rude of the big boss/manager... I spent 3500.00 last year on rims and tires and I just spent another 2500.00 2 days ago on rims and tires, I show up just a little early to drop of the tpms sensors, manager sees me there but chooses to ignore me... That's really disrespectful and rude.. I don't think I'll be buying from discount tire ever again after that

I had a very slow tire leak. I stopped in without an appointment. They had people available and leak checked the tire, dismounted the tire from the rim, cleaned up the rim and remounted the tire. I was out the door in 15 minutes with no charge. It is so uplifting when a service exceeds expectations these days. Good going Discount Tire! Ill be back.
