        Went in by myself (a female) to look at engagement rings. I wanted to see what styles etc. I was interested in so I could pass it on to my boyfriend. They didnt take me seriously as I wasnt actually purchasing a ring. (Most of the stores didnt) I was also interesting in purchasing a setting only and have family diamonds put in along with a center stone Moissanite. I went in knowing they dont sell Moissanite but they were unwilling to put one in one of there setting if I brought a loose Moissanite from elsewhere. Said they wouldnt even work with that type of stone. On top of that - A ring delivery came when I was there and the woman who was helping me had a personal ring that arrived that had been fixed. She took the time to open it, try it on etc right in front of me during our discussion. Unimpressed and will not be returning.
