I was hustled into a system by an ignorant salesperson. Dont trust what is said on anything advanced. You will be lied to for the sale to get them the commission. Installers are great people if you get that far

We have had Per Mar Security for years and needed an update. Evan was our service tech and did a fantastic job! He was prompt, quick, neat, and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know to maneuver the new system. Thanks Per Mar and thanks, Evan!

We inherited a Per Mar security system when we moved into our new home 6 months ago. We finally got around to calling to get it set up a few weeks ago. Very friendly people. Told us it was a system they no longer serviced (worked for the previous owners 6 months prior but whatever). They sent a sales rep out to take a look and see what we needed. Denelle was awesome. She knew the previous owner and knew how it was set up and squared us away. A week later an installation tech was dispatched with our new system. Evan N. was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and great to talk to. He couldn't get everything set up the first day because I had 2 out buildings that were a stretch for our wifi and he needed to install a repeater, but came out the following day to finish. The next day I got a surprise invoice in my email with a substantial charge, but haven't inquired about it yet. So, we've got a security system. We're not sure if it works or not, or how to really use it, but we have it. Long story long, the people that work at Per Mar are AWESOME! At least Evan and Denelle have been. Great experience so far.

The installer was great with showing my grandpa who is so anti-technology how the system operates and helped him understand each step.
