This building was my first apartment and it a great choice. My 2 bedroom apartment came with a full laundry room, large walk in closet, and a sink/vanity in the master bedroom. It also had a deck and an attached garage. I don't want to share exact price since it may have changed, but it was honestly an amazing price for what you get. The interior could use some updating/modernizing but if you aren't too concerned about that, then it's amazing. The on-site managers lived in my building and were always so friendly and helpful, I have zero complaints. The only reason I moved was to be closer to the cities and my family. Becker is a cute and quiet town that is slowly becoming bigger. I found as someone who loves alone time, it got isolating very quick. I would recommend it for families or older couples that are happy entertaining themselves or can engage well with the surrounding families.
