We hired Jim Cummings Concrete to replace part of the driveway and were set to start in September (2019). They called in mid October and were coming the following week. Unfortunately the weather was too cold. So, they put me on their schedule for early Spring. Come Spring... no word from Jim Cummings. I called once in the early Spring, but no answer. With COVID-19 and the stay at home order, I thought they may be closed. I started calling again the first week of May and a couple of times after that. A week after my last call, I received a letter from Jim Cummings. The letter stated they have been trying to contact me and because... only recently did I call them, they dropped me from their schedule. I thought certainly there's some misunderstanding! I called Jim Cummings but like every time before, no one answered. I looked through my phone log for March, April and May; the only calls for Jim Cummings Concrete were the outgoing calls made by me.
