Waited for 10 minutes to be greeted by hostess when no one else was waiting to be greated or seated. After being seated waited for another 15 minutes and still no one came to greet us, or to even tell us that someone will be with us soon. The restaurant was not packed, there were still a lot of open tables. Finally gave up and walked out and went to another restaurant. I did think it was funny that the hostess told us to have a good evening as we were leaving. I used to love going to Old Chicago, but I do not think I will return any time soon.

Tried to be seated just now, waitress told us we could seat as many at the bar and told us we could move tables. Then another waitress came over and was extremely rude to us, told us we couldn't. Thought we still had our names on the list. They kept bypassing us while waiting to be split up to be seated. Ended up leaving. Very poor service. Won't be going back.

The bartenders are great! Food is good and we love the beer tour rewards!

Love this place but heard they are selling and super sad because they have great gluten free options. Best gluten free pizza
