DISAPPOINTED!!!! We drove 2 1/2 hours down to see a car on Saturday morning. We had spoken to the salesman the evening before and confirmed. We got there at 10:45- am--and he chose THAT time to let us know that it was sold....BUT he did have something else we might be interested in??! Seriously? Could he have been any more awful? Would never recommend a person who does that to anyone!(I guess he thought calling us before we got all the way down there wasn't necessary!) Don Burcar Duluth MN

I'd give negative stars if Google would allow it, in the double digits. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ever. They don't honor their warranties and when they are "trying" to fix the problems they promised were taken care of, they let your car sit in the lot until your warranty runs out...meanwhile they won't return your phone calls.

Absolutely horrible!! Do not buy a car from here! Buyer beware!! As many other reviewers have said; the salesman named Ryan is not to be trusted. He will tell you anything to get that dollar in his pocket. Do not believe a word he says. Take a trusted mechanic to look at any car coming from here. As soon as I bought my car he stopped answering the phone for my number. This guy is a scam. Don't waste your time or money going to look at anything he has to offer. You will be over charged for a car that is barely hanging on. Please do your research on a better place to buy a car.

when i called about a vehicle i asked if there was anything mechanically wrong with it, they said no. i get there, turn the key and the engine has a very loud knock. when i told him about it he acted surprised and said "oh really?? sorry we just got that into inventory a couple days ago." there is an ad from them on craigslist for the same vehicle that is over a week old listed as "excellent condition" a loud knock in an engine isnt something you miss.. dont trust them.
