Hands down Joe Hall made this the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! I have purchased many cars throughout the years and had grown to hate when it was time to buy another car. This time was completely different! We told Joe the car we liked, the amount we had down and the payments we could afford. Joe took care of all of it. I kept waiting for the you need more down or your payments will be this much higher call because our credits not great but it didn't happen. We sent all our information the bank required ahead of time, waited a day then got the call that everything was approved with the terms we requested. We drove up. Looked at the car we liked. Test drove it. Than went inside and signed the paperwork. We were in and out in an hour. The car is beautiful and we couldn't be more happy. We will be purchasing all our cars in the future from Joe Hall at Anoka drive appeal. If you need a car don't waste your time with the dealerships that make you sit for hours as they run back and forth to the "manager" while trying to pry more money out of you or sell you another car you didn't really want. Save yourself the time and frustration. We are sending our kids to purchase from Joe and will recommend him to anyone we know. It was that positive an experience for us and that simple! I can't give a higher recommendation if it's time to buy a car. Thanks Joe!

I had a wonderful experience with Joe Hall at Drive Appeal in Anoka! It was a 100 degree day and 15 minutes before I arrived he had started the vehicle to get it cool inside. I thought that was very thoughtful! He was kind, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and made the process very smooth. He also kept me hydrated with bottles of cold water - I think I had three LOL :) I would definitely go back to him when in search for another vehicle. Thanks Joe! I'm loving my new T & C!
