Real Property Management Optimum

The rooms are nothing like the picture they use in their advertisement. Very deceiving. They have door knobs that lock automatically when they shut and if u have to call them to open ur door they charge u 60 bucks. We still don't have cable TV which was in the rental agreement. No vent above the stove and the stove is a push button so if u set something on it it will turn on and if there is something on the burner then it will cause a fire. Their solution is to unplug it. I said do u unplug ur stove when ur not using it..

Absolutely terrible. I have never been lied to by someone so much as an owner ever. False promises, held funds payable to me, it was rare to ever be paid on time. Still dont have leases that had been promised to me for all of my properties. I will never do business with this company ever again.

There are some individuals that run this company that are very deceptive. They seem all nice and understanding while youre at the rental property, but when youre done with their services they are rude and uptight. I asked multiple times about my security deposit refund multiple times through their texting service and heard nothing. When I called they said they were extremely busy and to keep calling everyday till they had an answer. They hadnt even started it yet until a month and a week after I had vacated the premises. They only responded to me after I told them that if I didnt hear anything I would seek legal counsel. My non-refundable pet deposit wasnt used toward any pet damages. They said my 500$ pet deposit didnt go towards anything pet related and that the landlord can do whatever they please with it, when I asked why this didnt go towards any of the pet damage they said youre not understanding I understand that you said they can do whatever they please with that money, but a pet deposit is for pet damages and that should have been made apparent when the pet was added to the lease. That being said I will never trust this company with my money and services again.

Really awful & disrespectful. The company sent Ed Jones to my door last night (Saturday) at 6:30 who knocked on and after no answer tested my door while my family and I were having dinner saying he was trying to come into take measurements (no notification that someone was coming or that he even worked for the company prior to his arrival and trying my door.) I called the police and he was made to leave. This isn't the first time the company has sent someone to my door without notifying me. I've rented from the owner of the property since 2019 and prior to Real Property Management Optimum taking over a couple months ago enjoyed my rental alway pay on time and follow all the rules. I get zero communication from them and they act as if they can send someone to enter my rental property without my permission or atleast being made aware. This company has done nothing in the months I've dealt with them to earn anything over a single star if they even earned that. If you end up with them as a management company I pray for you. I recommend keeping thorough track of any communications between parties because they can't seem to.
