Not very helpful loan options on homes,didn't seem to care to have possible future customer services.

First time home buyer and they have been great and helpful through the whole process. Gave great options and helped me understand each step of what was expected of me. I'm so glad they are in my corner!

Treated very poorly! Went there to open a bank account after moving to the area from out of state.( Not a near by state either, which it would make sense to open a bank account near by) When we asked to open an account the lady asked us (my husband and myself) a variety of questions not pertaining to opening a bank account then had several co workers come in as well. Then asked for our IDs, only to be told by another person we can not open a bank account there. They treated us as if we were suspicious people. Not an experience I would recommend to anyone!

We have the best customer service at this bank. Every time we go there it is like seeing family. Everyone is so friendly. Never had any problems at the ATM except on holidays. When all of the out of towners use it and it runs out of money. But that is to be expected.
