NPS Shakopee, MN On January 15th, 2019 I was driving into work when an uninsuredmotorist, who was hit from behind, hit me almost head on, with injuries requiring surgery. The insurance company compensated me for my car, which was totaled, however when it came to covering my medical expenses they came up short. After meeting with Tom he took charge of the situation and helped me handle the medical insurance bills deniedby my insurance company. All further billswere directed to Tom to handle. From my original meeting with Tom until my second surgery in the spring of 2023, Tom coordinated everything and stayed in constant communication with me, following how my injury was healingand the continuous pain I experienced. When it was time to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company, Tom was able to obtain a fare settlement in a timely manner. Based on my experience in working with Tom I would recommend his services to anyone. Tom was always available when I needed to talk with him and his office checked in with me frequently to see how I was doing. Tom explained everything as we went along to make sure I always knew the status of things. I just want to say that Pappenfus Law Office is great. I had no idea what to do after my car accident and T. Pappenfus was excellent in explaining what was necessary to do and what and how to go about doing so.
