They always answer the phone. They always send someone to fix what ever I have issues with ac..heat..water. They show up!! With on told time zones. You know exactly what I mean. They are my go to people now. They appear to have teams..for estimates...or fixes. Installed mini splits. Forever grateful to have! It was a game changer. Still in decisive on other things... but they are patient with alllll my questions or appear to be.

Furnace quit working on the weekend. I knew I was going to have to pay extra for having someone come out during non standard hours. The technician that arrived spent maybe 10 minutes looking at my furnace. He told me he wasnt even really a furnace guy and was a ductwork sheet metal guy. He then stated I needed a new gas valve. He came back with the part and installed it. He left and not even 5 minutes later the furnace quit and was doing the Exact same thing. Called back and it was very late at this point . Ended up having to go to Walmart and buy 4 portable heaters to last until Monday. They sent a different person out Monday and he seemed to know what he was doing and guess what found a bad connection had it fixed in 5 minutes and everything worked fine. 2 weeks later I get a bill for the gas valve that dont fix my issue. The bill also stated the original tech tested with a voltmeter which he never did. So basically I was charged for work that dont repair anything. I called and talked to someone after the first failed attempt but obviously no one cares. I will never use them again.

This really is a redneck rookie plumbing company that wants your money. spend the extra money and go somewhere else! don, the owner is extremely arrogant and rude. laughing, thinking this stuff is a joke I guess. I'm going to talk about my current experiences with Don and this business. we had discovered that our basement drain would back up when doing laundry. this was explained to Don from the start. tried charging 4 hours of labor when he wasn't here for even 2 and the issue wasn't even resolved! also Jake wrote in his broken English notes that he cleaned so much stuff from behind our basement washer but yet the same hanger, fabric sheets, cobwebs and debris are still there. can he seriously come clean that like he said he did lol. after coming back to fix their mistake, Jake discovered an additional plug that he didn't resolve the first time! Don said that Jake said it was working but they didn't obviously listen when it was stated it only does it during washing laundry so of course it's going to work when you look at it. this company doesn't keep any tools in their trucks so they can charge you extra to go back to the shop to get them. Don said he's the owner then took it back. but his name is clearly all over this page. this business was contacted today because of our furnace not working. my parents had to be here because we work. here we go again... they called me after leaving saying they'd been here 2 hours but according to my mom's note they were here 23 minutes, why would my 70 year old parents lie about that? don then said I needed to cough up all the money up front before they'd order the part, I assume to steal back their funds they lied about. Don said if I didn't pay it up front our furnace would stay broke, even after I told him I have a kid in the house. real winner Don is, huh. they wouldn't give me the part number either. they broke my thermostat too. now I have to get someone out here to fix their mistake. Don also has his team yelling at me and treating me horribly on the phone. is that how to run a business? this company is almost always called back to fix their mistakes ( I've dealt with them in the past). had to have them come caulk a bathtub drain, had to have them come back to fix duct work that they messed up. you may ask why I keep going back and simply it's only because they billed. below average Americans don't have a wad of money laying around to pay up front. from now on I will take my business elsewhere, at least I know it will be done right! I hope you found this beneficial and please don't let them screw you like they did us. I highly recommend master plumbing. let's teach Don a lesson and see how funny he thinks that is!
