They said call at least an hour ahead to schedule a ride and our phone service was out the day before so we figured no problem. We called an hour and 15 minutes ahead of time and were told it was too late by the moody dispatcher who can nver make up his mind, Hmmm. Make up your policies? Guess we'll be without food this weekend. Thanks alot. Oh, but he's sorry! (Sure is!). Overall riding is a Sometimes pleasant experience, unless they are blaming the handicapped passengers for they're disgruntled mood. We have to depend on them for transportation to aquire basic needs and get to work or appointments. Nothing is perfect, always. Also it would be nice if we weren't assaulted/threats of intimidation driving skills by some of these peoples driving skills. So many curb jumps that are unessessary, and they are given cdl's??? Lol. Some driver's are genuinely curtious, careful professional, genuine human beings that treat all with dignity and respect. So call ahead, and pray before you board the bus, so you don't end up in so much pain you can neither sleep nor walk as we have many times from the rough ride.

Local bus company. Good service and dependable schedules. Staff is helpful and friendly.
