    I own my Culligan systems and was having issues with the water softener and reverse osmosis system. We had the repair man come out to check our systems. The repair man was friendly and was able to fix the water softener but not the leak in the pipe that they installed in between the 2 systems. I was told to call a plumber. The repair man left and said they would send a bill in the mail. I called to pay the bill and spoke with one of the ladies in the office about the late fee. I explained that I never received a bill prior to this and was never told by the repairman that I had to have my bill paid by a certain date or they were going to charge me a late fee plus charge me to send me the bill. I asked to have the late fee waived as it was not my mistake and I was never told this and feel I shouldn't have to pay an extra $13.00 in a late fee I also never got a paper bill on the day the repair was done I think it's ridiculous that I have to pay $2.00 to even get my bill. I was told I can't get the fee waived. I called back and spoke with another gal there and I asked to speak to the manager and she said that he was out and they would have him call me the next day. I asked her if I didn't get the bill paid by the due date in 2 days would I be charged another late fee? The answer was yes because the first bill they sent, the one I NEVER received, had that due date on it.The district manager never called me back. I'm not sure if the 2 office ladies did not pass on the message or if it was the manager who dropped the ball but I WILL NOT do business with them again as they have extremely poor customer service. I ended up paying the bill as I did not want to keep getting charged late fees on something I should have never gotten in the first place. You would be better off calling another Culligan that is not owned by Driessen Water Inc. Very unhappy customer.
