After 1.5 years of living at my address and getting insurance paperwork for the previous tenants (which I always sent back labled that they no longer live at this address) I gave Cori a call to find out why she hadn't updated their account. I found her by googleing the sender address. She was very rude and disrespectful to me. She said their address had been changed as they had moved out of the state. I proceeded to to ask why their insurance paper work was still being sent to my home if this is the case. Her explanation was that it must be old. I explained the newest paperwork was delivered today. She continued to grow agitated and told me to just throw it away, told me to have a nice day and hung up on me . You don't treat people in this manner and expect your business to flourish. I could have been a prospective client.but I wouldn't trust this woman to handle my insuance needs after the attitude displayed.
