We contacted Kim and Jared at RE/MAX (Aitkin) in hopes to consult with them about selling one of our properties. Before we even committed to selling, we experienced the highest level respect and customer service. Jared & Kim met us at our property to brainstorm on the 'best plan' for us. We did not feel pressured to sell now or persuaded to fit into any specific timeline, but instead, over the course of 6 months they guided us on how to best prepare the home for a top dollar, fast sale. I sold and bought a home through REMAX. It was an ok process until Jared got involved. Be very careful who you decide to list your home with. He actually belittled me a few days before closing and on the day of closing sprang some more charges on us he was dual agent and totally for the buyer so he could get his commission. Jared Is a real piece of work. There are good realtors in the area but I would go with someone with integrity not someone that shows up at your property and treats you bad. He’s just not a good person. He even charged me for a home he never showed to the tune of about 8k that we bought. Don't worry Jared the selling realtor did his job it's great that that you can get paid for not working jared! Wow the world needs more people like you!
