I was in here yesterday about 1 PM as a young business professional, I brought everything I needed including had a great attitude and was excited to start a new relationship with Jackson Hewitt, after having hardships with my taxes in the past. First thing first the black lady at first desk had no mask was playing compute solitaire and did not greet me I wasnt sure where to go for my appointment so she kind of just pointed, so I continued forward in this little dusty office space, then I see an Indian lady who looked at me with very judgmental eyes was not professional or do a proper greeting. She was very rude and Ifelt uncomfortable at the whole process especially as she looked at all my information and we sat for about 30 minute with her entering my information and looking at things and asking me questions thinking Im lying for no reason, just for her to say we cant do anything for you your id is expired. At the very end as she was staring at the ground stuck out her hand I assumed it was for a hand shake thought it was funny because she was sitting down, no she wanted to have a good look at my w2 before I left and said how much I made out loud for the year and handed it back. Never felt so degraded or embarrassed and I had my time wasted. PLEASE DO not TAKE YOUR Business HERE IF I CAN SAVE YOUR FROM A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. #BlackandAllLivesMatter.

While I was there, their computer system crashed. Then they cost me twice as much as they have in previous years. Then they tried to charge my card for the service FOUR times, triggering my banks fraud detection and putting a hold on my credit card. Three of the identical charges went through before by bank canceled my card! I will not be going back to this location
