Dr. Mark Cooks, DDS

Awesome dentist and staffs. I have been going there since high school, Dr. Cooks are always very patient and nice. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait time is a bit long! (That’s why it’s a 4 stars instead!)

I was excited to visit this office because many people spoke very highly of Dr. Cooks. The location is a bit far from me but I was willing to travel for quality care. The staff is nice, courteous and professional. Dr. Cooks was cool until he asked me what I was in grad school for then made a joke about my major not making any money. He's entitled to his personal opinion about the field I'm in but I do not need to hear it, especially if you're going to be negative. I came in for a routine x-ray and cleaning. The next week I got a call to schedule the second part of a procedure I had no recollection of discussing during my visit. When I expressed confusion, the person on the phone kept telling me I just didn't remember, which was incorrect. I am not a person who would forget about a scheduled medical procedure. She said she'd double check and give me a call back. Later on she called and said she was incorrect. I'm sure this is something that is considered a normal part of operating a clinic but these two things happening after my first visit kind of turned me off to ever returning to this office.

Dr. Cooks, Tasha, and Carolyn provide an incredible dental experience the whole way. From the moment you first walk in the door they are so kind and welcoming. With lots of experience to their names, I had no problem trusting their advice and recommendations. I just wish I found their office sooner!
