Terrible communication. Horrible actually. And I havent even received my products yet. I paid for expedited services on December 22nd and here it is December 27th and I still dont have my products. I go up to the shop and then they have a sign on the door saying were closed from December 24th until January 2nd. WHEN WERE YOU GUYS GOING TO COMMUNICATE THAT! What did I pay an extra $45 for expedited services for if theyre not expedited. They told me I would have them before Christmas, well clearly that wasnt accurate because I have to wait until after January 2nd to get my products now. Will not ever come here again. Paid $135 to have a shirt and a hat embroidered! Just for me not to even receive them in time after I told them I needed it by Christmas. A waste of $135. Why was I charged $135 to get 2 products done anyway.
