Delicious. So, they have a process of making your delicious treat, and any extra gets scraped into a trash trough. I talked the lovely lady into serving this to me instead of wasting it. Extra delicious treat!!! Thank you!!

In the past we've always had great service however tonight we ordered a new creation in a size everybody's. We went thru the drive thru, as it was pouring rain, and ordered the Better Together Creation, which they seemed to have never heard of. Ok no problem, we told them what was all in it and they said they could make it, awesome. However when we got to the window for pickup, the lady then proceeded to argue with us for no reason that this was a retired creation as she had never heard of it. It's brand new on the website, obviously not retired. Whatever, we got our ice cream and drove home. Once home we opened the lid to find out they barely filled the container at all. They bunched it up to make it seem fuller than it was, when in reality it was only maybe half full. Now we love Coldstone Creamery, always have, but the good quality of service they used to have lately isn't there. Honestly being connected with a Tim Hortons, we don't believe is helping there business. Since it seems it's too much work on the workers there to be able to handle more than one 'restaurant'.
