HORRIBLE. The photographers were kind, but the owners and overall the business was incredibility awful. My jaw still drops at the way we were treated at this place. I have never had such a horrible experience. I was charged over $100 more than what we were told. Fees were added on without any warning and when I said they should have told me they told me there would be fees prior to the pictures the owner told us it was common sense and continued to basically tell us we were stupid. The owner suggested photography ideas and we liked them so we went ahead and did picture ideas and places she suggested. What we didn’t know is that they kept slapping on fees. She openly admitted that they did not tell us about the extra charges because they want to give us the best experience. They failed to understand that adding on fees was something that should be mentioned before pictures are taken. They did not have fees printed anywhere, when I asked for where these fees were they said they were online, then they claimed they don’t have them listed anywhere. IT IS A DIFFERENT STORY EVERY TIME YOU WILL TALK TO THEM. And don’t try talking to multiple people, the prices will change each time! They acted like children and when I asked to sit down and talk with them the owner screamed at us and tried to force us to leave. She told us we were the worst clients she had ever had and we were horrible people. And believe me, we were far from terrible. I only wish I could have recorded this experience so people could see what we went through. I would NEVER recommend this place unless you are ready for a headache and fees added on without your knowledge. We had to end up paying the extra money to get the pictures because she said she would delete them and we would never see them again. I took time out of my day AND PAID her to get them taken. They were beautiful memories of mine and she said she didn’t care.
