Things were looking great and all staff members including the dentist very outgoing and friendly. Today however, while in the process of retaking the cast for my lower partial, I asked some pertinent questions about the replacement partial; the new one I picked up last week didn’t fit right and we were making a new one. For instance; why does this new one have one less molar? Dr. Stated that was something left up to the technician making it. I must have had a puzzled look on my face, after all he did have the impression of the old one. Any way, it was at this point he said to me “I’m not going to make you happy†and turned to his assistant and said give him a refund and walked out of the room! Should have seen the puzzled look on both of our faces. I feel sorry for the staff so you got two stars (not their fault).
